Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard shipping within Germany is via DPD. Shipping to all other countries is via UPS. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to use other shipping providers (DPD, DHL, UPS).
Shipping within Germany:
- €3.90 (standard parcel, tracking available) DHL DPD, shipping to Packstation
- Free shipping for orders over €100.00
- Shipping time 2-5 business days
After completing your order, you will be redirected to an encrypted external page of the payment service provider PayPal. There you can simply enter your bank details. A PayPal account is NOT required and does not need to be opened. The payment will be collected by PayPal. This payment method will not incur any additional costs from us or the payment service provider, except for exchange rate fees for other currencies in EUR.
Shipping within Europe
- €10 (standard parcel, tracking available)
- Free shipping for orders over €250.00
- Shipping time 2-10 business days
SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE - delivery normally within 4-10 business days - (with the exception of Overseas Departments)
*additional duty may be charged depending on the amount of the goods and the carrier
Shipping outside Europe
- €20 Standard (parcel, tracking available)
- Shipping time 2-10 business days
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - delivery normally within 3-12 business days* (excl. VAT)
